Author Guidelines

 
1. Introduction

The Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Semiconductor Integrated Hardware(JAISIH) is an international, peer-reviewed journal committed to publishing high-quality research at the intersection of artificial intelligence, governance, and public policy.

All submissions must strictly follow the IEEE Conference Paper Format.

  • AI in fabrication and testing

  • Any AI relevant technology
3. Manuscript Preparation (IEEE Format Mandatory)

3.1 General Formatting

  • Format: IEEE Conference Template (Mandatory)
  • Paper Size: A4
  • Layout: Two-column format
  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Font Size: Title (24 pt), Authors (10 pt), Body (10 pt)
  • Spacing: Single line spacing

3.2 Manuscript Structure

  1. Title of the Paper
  2. Author(s) Name and Affiliation
  3. Abstract (150–250 words)
  4. Keywords (4–6 keywords)
  5. Introduction
  6. Literature Review
  7. Methodology
  8. Results and Discussion
  9. Conclusion and Future Scope
  10. Acknowledgment (if applicable)
  11. References (IEEE Style)

3.3 Paper Length

Minimum: 4 pages | Maximum: 8 pages

4. Reference Style
  • IEEE referencing style must be followed
  • Citations: [1], [2], [3]
  • References listed in order of citation

Example:
[1] A. Author, “Title of paper,” Journal Name, vol. x, no. x, pp. xx–xx, Year.

5. Figures, Tables, and Equations
  • All figures and tables must be numbered
  • Use high-resolution images (300 dpi recommended)
  • All visuals must be referenced in the text
6. Plagiarism Policy
  • Only original and unpublished work is accepted
  • Similarity index must be below 15%
  • Plagiarism will result in immediate rejection

  • Double-blind peer review
  • Review Timeline: 2–4 weeks
  • Decision: Accept / Minor Revision / Major Revision / Reject
9. Publication Ethics
  • No duplicate submissions
  • No data fabrication or falsification
  • Proper citation required
  • Conflict of interest disclosure mandatory
10. Article Processing Charges (APC)
  • No submission or publication charges
  • APC applicable only after acceptance
  • Indian Authors: ₹2000 per accepted paper
