Aims & Scope

The Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Semiconductor Integrated Hardware (JAISIH) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to the publication of original research, review articles, and technical studies in the converging fields of artificial intelligence, semiconductor devices, and intelligent hardware architectures. The journal aims to support the development and dissemination of research that integrates AI algorithms, data-driven methods, and intelligent computing techniques with semiconductor design, fabrication, testing, and hardware implementation.

JAISIH covers both theoretical and applied research related to AI-driven VLSI and chip design, ASIC and FPGA-based intelligent systems, AI accelerators, neuromorphic and edge computing hardware, low-power and energy-efficient semiconductor architectures, and hardware–software co-design methodologies. The journal also welcomes contributions addressing AI applications in semiconductor manufacturing, yield optimization, fault diagnosis, verification, testing, and reliability analysis.
